It’s August.  The calendar tells us that it is the end of summer…time for back to school shopping, football and more serious-minded pursuits.  But the long hot days and sultry nights tell us there is still time for fun, frivolity and romance.

Smile at a stranger, buy a popsicle from the ice cream truck and find little ways to treat yourself and others to more joy as you celebrate each day.  Bask in the sun and in the love that surrounds you, and see what unexpected treasures the last days of summer hold.
